MVM Consultancy

Mutual value measurement consultancy package for individual co-operative and mutual enterprises

To deploy the tool effectively will require leadership from senior managers, board involvement and ultimately engagement with your members. To help with this process, we have designed a consultancy service that can help you as a mutual leader to understand the tool, apply it to your firm, and begin to take advantage of it.
