Getting started

Embark on your Mutual Value Measurement© journey with confidence. If you're interested in incorporating the framework into your co-operative or mutual or if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us for a personalised one-to-one discussion about getting started.

When you're ready to kickstart the use of MVM for your co-operative or mutual, take the next step and apply for a Mutual Value Measurement licence.

While the MVM Framework can be implemented independently, our consultants, Mutuo, can provide expert guidance on your MVM journey. Ensure a smooth and effective implementation.

Licenced MVM users can join the MVM Community of Practice (CoP) and actively participate to gain valuable insights from the experiences of others on their MVM journey. You will also receive access to our CoP's secure website with implementation guides and resources.

Once you've successfully implemented and are actively using MVM, elevate your commitment by applying for MVM Accreditation™. This accreditation grants you the right to proudly display the Mutual Value Mark, showcasing your steadfast dedication to mutual value creation.

How Statecover incorporated MVM

Linda Bostock, CEO of StateCover, discusses inplementing Mutual Value Measurement© and the benefits of the program.

"What gets measured, gets monitored. What gets monitored, gets valued. Valuing the positive impact of cooperatives and mutuals on their members, their customers, their communities and wider society, is long overdue. Mutual Value Measurement© is a framework that makes sure none of the value co-ops create is hidden, overlooked or ignored."
